We all have different motivations for wanting to make a change, which is why my JG For Life Plan is bespoke and tailored to your unique requirements.
I don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach because we are all so individual, and might explain why the usual mainstream “diet plans” don’t work for 85% of the people, but we already know that, we’ve tried them!
I want to give you the knowledge to make this change. I’ll build a bespoke plan which isn’t just about food and exercise (which might surprise you) but also addresses other areas which are key to a healthier lifestyle, and if weight loss is your main aim, is fundamental to that too.

I’m Judith

I think turning 50 was my ‘epiphany’ moment and I realised I had to take back control of my relationship with food, ditch the yoyo dieting and get healthier and fitter once and for all.
